How to Overcome the Symptoms of PMS


1. Exercise

Exercise to help improve mood and fight fatigue you feel. To get the benefits, exercise regularly, not just when PMS symptoms appear. The duration of exercise 30 minutes everyday is a good start.

2. Vitamin B Diet

Foods rich in vitamin B can help fight PMS. In one study, researchers followed more than 2,000 women for 10 years. They found that women who eat foods high in thiamine (pork, brazil nuts) and riboflavin (eggs, dairy products) are less likely to experience symptoms of PMS. You will not get the same benefits if only meets the B vitamin intake through supplements.

3. Change the Mood
